It's been three months since we've eaten out, and missing some restaurant style food. So here's what I did:
Heat a couple tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add whole green beans, and let them cook till they shrivel a bit. Add minced garlic, whites of spring onion and chili garlic sauce. Saute for a few seconds. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili flakes, ground sichuan peppers, a bit of water and some sugar. Let the sauce reduce and coat the beans and serve.
